Prices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and are subject to change without prior notice. All orders are subject to price in effect at time the order is placed. Prices do not include shipping, duties and taxes.
For international orders, we accept payment by VISA / MASTER / AMEX credit cards or PayPal.
For Domestic (HONG KONG) orders, we accept payment by VISA / MASTER / AMEX credit cards , PayPal and PAYME / FPS / ALIPAY HK / ALIPAY and WECHAT PAY.
Once your order has been placed, no cancellation and refund is available.
Once you've paid for an order, it usually shipped out within 1 - 7 working days. The actual number of days it will take for the order to arrive at your address will be determined by your chosen shipping method. Notification will be sent via email in case of any shipment delay. Please contact us directly if your order is time-sensitive and make sure to choose the fastest shipping method upon checkout.
For international orders, our online store cannot automatically generate the correct shipping cost. Therefore, once we receive your order, we will first pack it, obtain the best quotation from our couriers, then confirm the shipping cost with you over email. We will not charge your credit card until we have confirmed the final amount with you.

All items are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment. Please check your order upon arrival for any damage. If items have arrived damaged, please email to email@example.com with photos of the damaged part within 7 days of receiving your order, together with your name, order number, contact number, item details. Please also keep the original package for inspection.
Warranty applies to certain products only, please refer to the specific warranty policy on the product page. The Generalist reserves the right to inspect the damaged product before having any obligation under this limited warranty. The Generalist is not responsible for damages caused by improper installation, maintenance or operation. Our warranty extends to products purchased only by the original purchaser.

We however do not warrant that “content” and product descriptions are accurate, complete, current or error free. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on www.thegeneralisthk.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
